this is a full time role offering £25,000 > £27,000 Annual Salary
Due to Fantastic growth in Belfast and across Northern Ireland, additional support is needed to accommodate business trends
Our client is well respected and well known to all businesses in Belfast and further afield across Northern Ireland
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a long-established team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face engagements with customers, offering excellent customer service and high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
Responsibilities of a Member administrator
- Support CEO and Head of Operations as required with administrative tasks, including drafting/updating event documents, budgeting, travel coordination, meeting coordination, and general office support
- Maintain and update the Current CRM Database with member information
- Offer support to the business with Research on Business Trends and new venues for Events
- Contribute to the creation of exciting creative event concepts and gain on-site experience at various events
- Liaise with current and future potential members
Requirements of a Member Administrator
- 3rd Level qualification, preferably in marketing or event management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in systems use, data management and documentation.
