Membership Campaign Manager
Location- Bracknell / Hybrid
Salary- £46,780 per annum+ Benefits
Contract type- Fixed Term Contract until May 2025, Full-time, 36 hours per week, Hybrid
As a Membership Campaign Manager, you will define and deliver our client's campaign strategies in alignment with their corporate plan KPIs for global membership retention and growth- This role will also mentor and manage the development of the Marketing Executive- -membership team.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing Programmes. It is a core role within the Marketing & Communications team, working closely with the directorate, including Marketing Programmes, Content and Communications, Digital, Events & Partnership functions.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing clearly defined outcome-based campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Managing, and co-ordinating the creation and distribution of campaign assets across multiple platforms including print and digital channels.
- Leading multi-channel innovative marketing campaigns in line with our client brand strategy
- Developing effective relationships across the core marketing & digital team to deliver effective campaigns
- Defining campaign strategy to increase engagement and drive growth across membership ( both individual and company)
- Developing and managing relationships with country partners, developing a deep understanding of country goals, strategies, insights and opportunities.
- Managing data integration into CRS working with BIU
- Purchasing and managing external data sources as required across the organisation
- Researching, measuring and developing insights from campaigns using data analytics and developing testing to leverage learnings to inform future work
- Providing regular update inclusions for board reports
- Managing the distribution of agency briefs where required
As such, the ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Experience in marketing campaign management
- Effective communication across all marketing platforms
- Familiar with using brand visual identity toolkit and guidelines
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Experience in data management, segmentation/personalisation
- Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English
- IT literate: knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
