My client is a leading global membership organisation is currently recruiting for a Membership Engagement Executive.

The Role of Membership Engagement Executive

To develop, manage and support the Institute's individual and company members and Federation Council. Ensure all membership enquiries are promptly and satisfactorily answered. Maintain the membership database.

You will play a key part in implementing the Institute's membership growth and retention strategy, including the development of relevant and compelling membership offers for each career stage, overseeing the planning, execution, and effectiveness of all membership communications, and working across teams and departments to maximise member engagement opportunities.

Person Specification

Excellent English written and spoken

Able to build and maintain positive professional relationships at all levels

Relevant experience of working in a membership role

Great customer service mindset

Excellent time management and able to meet deadlines

Highly organised

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent computer skills

Resourceful problem solver

Ability to collate and analyse membership data and use this in the development of support and services.

Experience of segmentation and targeting within a customer base

Enjoy working as part of a small team

Shipping industry experience preferred
