JOB TITLE: Events and General Donations Manager
SALARY: £34,000 per annum (FTE)
LOCATION: Homebase (Preferably Lincolnshire / Notts based, or centrally located in England to attend team meetings, but applicants outside this area will be considered)
HOURS: Part-time, 33 hours per week, flexible working
CONTRACT: Permanent or FTC

The Jon Egging Trust is seeking an exceptional Events and General Donations Manager to lead and deliver our established calendar of fundraising events, in addition to bringing to life fresh and innovative ideas for new fundraising events, and helping to drive our general fundraising income stream. You will be joining a fantastically motivated and committed team of home-workers who are passionate about improving the lives of young people through our long-term youth programmes.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an events and / or general fundraising team, delivering slick events and effective stewardship journeys across multiple channels. You will be a highly organised individual with confident project management skills, and be a confident team player and leader.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an events / fundraising role with a proven track record of delivering successful fundraising events and / or general fundraising campaigns and growing income streams within a fundraising team. You will have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and be exceptionally organised and self-motivated with the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple workstreams.
