Eye Care Voucher Scheme, Employee Advisory Service Permanent, Full Time Outdoor Events Management Experience is a MUST Our client a well-respected and reputable membership body is currently looking for an Event Manager to manage the events team for their outdoor and festival events throughout the UK. The Role To promote the membership body brands through developing and arranging engaging Events and Exhibitions that align to the membership body ambitions and maximise opportunities for member/customer value, acquisition and retention, together with future revenue growth. To promote and expand B2B Pop-up events revenue opportunities through researching and sourcing suitable partners including festival and outdoor event organisers. Provide oversight of any associated experiential plans supporting PR, campaigns and sponsorship. Specifically to manage and support the production and marketing of the annual event. Manage the Clubs electrical equipment hire revenue and other campsite capabilities and oversee the Club's Exhibitions and develop plans for Experience Freedom activity events. The Person Significant Outdoor Events management experience in a consumer-centric acquisition environment. Significant Exhibitions management experience in a consumer-centric acquisition environment Proven ability to create strong relationships with external business partners and suppliers. Commercially astute - capitalise on new revenue streams and opportunities Exposure and understanding of contract management Desirable - H&S qualification and/or experience of SAGs and Risk Assessments Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent relationship management skills Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude Professional Events qualification or suitable experience is desirable Degree preferable, but not mandatory A full UK driving licence is required plus the ability to travel extensively throughout the UK in support of Events, which will include weekends To apply for this role please send your CV
