Events & Marketing Coordinator We have an exciting opportunity for an Events & Marketing Coordinator with a successful, growing, Satellite Communications organization. This is a full-time role based out of their offices in Redhill. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment combining both corporate Events and Marketing activities. You will play a key role in project managing company events from trade shows and exhibitions to company staff events e.g. celebrating a contract win and larger staff parties and BBQ's with bands, fireworks etc and seasonal celebrations. You will also support the marketing team across the full range of marketing activities. Some travel will be required but you will not be expected to attend all events. As the organization work with military and government organizations eligibility for UK SC level security clearance is required. Benefits include: Hybrid working after probation - 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home Annual bonus Pension contributions matched to 7.5% Free onsite Gym Free onsite parking Salary: £30-£35k Key responsibilities include: Project management of all events, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, internal/external events Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan, hold meetings, design, book, manage the budget, equipment, stands, organise all logistics and promotions for events Able to travel to manage events within the UK and internationally when required Remain within budget and deliver budgetary updates post each event Assist with updating marketing collateral, maintaining stock levels, designing and ordering printing, and ensuring electronic literature is also kept up to date Assist with corporate gifting requirements meeting budgets and timescale requirements Assist in updating the company intranet, company website and other electronic media help produce marketing and sales collateral (brochures, data sheets etc) for new products, services, sales campaigns and special promotions in line with our Brand Guidelines Key skills and experience required: Proven experience in event planning or coordination within a corporate environment or creative industry Proven experience within marketing Track record of organizing creative, successful events Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, negotiation and multitasking skills Ability to meet deadlines First-class communication and interpersonal skills to be able to liaise effectively internally and externally, suppliers etc Intermediate Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint Experience with graphics packages e.g. Photoshop/ / indesign/ Canva - desired
