Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced and highly organised Event Manager to work on a hybrid basis for a fab company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The Event Manager will manage the event production from start to finish, event logistics, liaising with suppliers to Health & Safety and ensuring the events add value, retention and acquisition and revenue growth.
Salary: up to £40K
Location: Hybrid working - East Grinstead, West Sussex
Event Manager duties:
- Manage the event production in the delivery of projects, campaigns and events
- Monitor and work to event budgets
- Liaise with venues, suppliers and negotiations on costs
- Produce and manage event safety plans and assessments
- Managing H&S requirements, event plans and on-site H&S implementation
- Research and develop new event opportunities
- Post-event feedback to stakeholders
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar Event Production role
- Understanding of contract management and producing, managing Event Safety Plans
- Proven Events experience, ideally have experience of Festivals / Outdoor / Pop up events etc
