Position: Registered Nurse Days / Nights (RMN)

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering nursing care to improve residents' health

Daily Tasks May Include:
- Monitoring vital signs and administering medication
- Updating and reviewing care plan records
- Handing over information to colleagues at shift end
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Basic computer or handheld device tasks
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong care planning and clinical skills
- Compassion and a desire to help others
- Knowledge of National Standards and NMC Codes of Practice
- Current and active NMC pin number
- Basic computer proficiency
- Leadership and staff management experience
- Previous care setting experience
Shift Hours:
- Day shifts: 8am - 8pm
- Night shifts: 8pm - 8am
