Registered Nursing Home Manager Overview:
On behalf of an innovative, growing and progressive organisation, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for an RMN qualified service manager to take this service to higher grounds.
My client has recently invested in a number of new services and aim to become the go to Mental Health residential provider in the North West!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven nurse manager to make this service their own, build a team and drive standards.
This is a specialist service for adults with functional Mental Health needs.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in a Mental Health setting.
- The ability to excel in both independent and team-based work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding care to adults with Mental Health needs.
The Registered Nursing Home Manager Package:
● Package up to £50,000

The Registered Nursing Home Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Informal meeting.
Stage two – Face to face meeting at the home.
