Our multi-national client based in Welwyn Garden City are looking to recruit a permanent, Full Time, Receptionist.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Operate our clients Switchboard by ensuring all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner and redirected as appropriate, reporting any technical issues to the IT Team.
- Providing an enhanced Visitor Experience - Ensuring all visitors are welcomed in a friendly and professional manner and redirected as appropriate.
- Maintaining security by ensuring that all external visitors are issued with a visitors pass, sign in and out and have their details highlighted on the welcome screen, where appropriate.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations. To include the redistribution of mail and parcels and compliance with the Fire Evacuation procedure.
- Manage all tasks associated with Reception to include, but not limited to Meeting Room Bookings, Catering Requests, Stationery Supplies.
- Support the Administration Team as needed in line with individual competences
Receptionist requirements:
- Strong experience in customer facing roles
- Previous reception experience
- Switchboard experience
- IT proficient - Microsoft Office
- Strong interaction skills
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail
