A rapidly growing, global executive search and business advisory firm are on the search for a fluent German speaking Accounts Payable Assistant to join their London team on a 3 month temporary assignment.

Working across a German and London branch this is a great opportunity managing a dynamic and busy AP function whilst utilising their language skills.

There is strong potential for this to become a long term role for the right person, so if this sounds like you apply!

Accounts Payable Assistant - The Role:

• Processing and payment of vendor and contractor invoices in German currencies in a timely fashion
• Regular reconciliation of supplier statements against aged creditors
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs
• Maintain a clean inter-company for group recharges
• Processing employee expenses
• Adhering to tight reporting deadlines during the month end close

Accounts Payable Assistant - The Person:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (ideally 3 years +)
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and German
• Previous experience using an ERP system like SAP or People Soft is highly desirable
• Forward thinking individual, with the desire to improve processes where necessary
• Personable, positive & enthusiastic personality
