Mentoring Account Manager

Role: Mentoring Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location: Blackburn with travel

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and early finish on Fridays or Part Time Hours

Tailor Made Sourcing are delighted to be working with a leading professional services business in their search for a Mentoring Account Manager to join the team on a either a full time or part time basis.

You will support entrepreneurs who have come to the UK to set up innovative, viable and scalable businesses and support their business growth journey in the UK. Building and developing relationships with client directly and arranging mentor allocations.

Roles and responsibilities;

¨ Building and developing relationships with clients directly, who are due to arrive in the UK or are already UK businesses

¨ Arranging mentor allocations, considering the initial brief, the skillset of the mentor and the best match for the client

¨ Supporting and administrating the allocation of mentors

¨ Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder including the mentor bank of over 100

¨ Developing ongoing business packages to support business owners and working with other internal departments to offer added value and other business support services, i.e. CBP Membership, events and workshops

¨ Liaising with colleagues in relation to client updates, arranging meetings, payments issues etc

¨ Supporting the development of ongoing strategies relating to the project to ensure ongoing success

¨ Capturing relevant information and ensure all data is captured and recorded on internal CRM systems ensuring that all processes are followed and adhered to

¨ Reviewing the success of the mentoring and reporting on key metrics and progression

¨ Ensuring activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care

¨ Ensuring that all documentation relating to a project is accurate, complete, current, and stored

¨ Marketing activities to help promote the project and business support services, attending online and face to face events enabling further development of key relationships and promotion of company services

The ideal candidate will;

¨ Experience as an Account Manager and client relationships

¨ Have diary management experience

¨ Have report writing experience

¨ Be professional, personable and engaging

¨ Hold a full, clean driving license and have their own vehicle

¨ Be organised and motivated to succeed
