Accountant/Finance Manager

This business is a fantastic organization that is all about the community and incredibly people focused. There  has been an expansion since 2019 with their undertaking of many new projects. There are 2 trading subsidiaries and opportunity to learn and grow with the business. Although this is a FTC, due to a slight restructure, there is potential for a permanent opportunity.
You will be responsible for putting together all the accounting data, forecasts and preparation work for budgets and you will generate quarterly reporting on the different entities, duties will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of month end
• Monitoring of management information, annual budgets and forecasts
• Ongoing development and management of the financial systems
• Working on major capital projects
• Creating business strategies to assist in decision-making
• Liaising with the auditors
• This is a fluid role, and other duties will be applicable

To apply you must have the following experience

• QBE or active part-qualified studier – CIMA/ACCA, your experience will dictate potential salary
• As a minimum assisted with producing management accounts including areas such as accruals, prepayments etc
• Budgeting experience

Working pattern
There is opportunity to work 1 day from home, 35 hour working week, with flexibility to start 8am or 9am
