Our B2B team is focused on optimising our trade partnerships across wholesale, consignment and other models. We work closely with global 3rd party retailers to successfully convey the JoJo experience and assortment in a timely and profitable way. You will be supported to gain a key merchandising skill set, applying this to 3rd party relationships, you will work closely with our core merchandising and buying teams to optimize stock assortment, availability, and profitability.
With the support and in-house training, you will be responsible for:
Planning
- Work with the B2B team to ensure effective planning of stock flow, commitment, intake and distribution, including management of partner allocations.
- Support the B2B merchandiser to plan for season launches, new partner launches, and in season trading events for each global partner
Analysis
- Analyse historic sales patterns and trends for our partners, comparing this to core JoJo trade and communicating opportunities.
- Produce weekly trading packs and ad hoc analysis as required.
- Provide regular analysis on stock levels, sales performance for key partners
Trading / Operations
- Managing product uploads for partners, exchanging product data to ensure the smooth running of partnerships.
- Assisting in the production of price lists, lines sheets and all documents required by partners to place orders
- Assisting in uploading purchase orders and allocations for partners
- Contributing to our monthly partner deep dives, providing data and analysis of performance
- Updating our line tracker, to maintain great communication with the core merchandising team.
- Monitoring intake by partner and rolling partner facing trackers to ensure clear communication across partners.

Skills we require for the role:
- Good experience with Excel.
- Proven numerate and analytical skills plus excellent verbal and written English.
- Be an efficient and reliable team member who can be responsible for their own workload.
- An ability to multitask and effectively prioritise workload.
