Our growing client based in Manchester are looking to recruit a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Director. This is a fantastic opportunity within a busy and fast paced business. You will have the autonomy to help set goals and will manage the team.
The role duties below provide a snapshot of the type of experience you will have and will gain
- Share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and quoted company transactions
- English law governed cross-border transactional advice
- Private equity transactional advice for PE houses and management teams
- Legal due diligence (including buy-side and vendor due diligence)
- Pre-sale advice and pre-sale structuring for sellers and buyers
- Post-deal integration assistance
- Business start ups
- Advice on private company start ups investment rounds and capital raisings, bank finance raising and refinancings
You will be a qualified accountant. You will have experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and maybe looking for a new role where you can grow and develop. The role is Hybrid , but you must be able to travel into Manchester on average 3 days a week.
