M&G Finance Summary
By securing a position within Finance, you will play a crucial role in helping us manage and optimise our financial operations. Your expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making will contribute to the success of our organisation. We will offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will have the opportunity to apply your military experience in a civilian setting.
Responsibilities across this function could include:

• Providing financial expertise into different areas of our business including Asset Management, Wealth & Life
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support investment decision making
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment portfolios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management

What we need:

• Honourable discharge from military service
• Experience in finance, accounting or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
