M&G Operations & Change Summary
By securing a position within Operations and Change, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations, as well as driving projects and initiatives that support operational excellence and facilitate organisational growth. Your attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills will all contribute to the success of our teams.
We will offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will have the opportunity to apply your military experience in a civilian setting.
Responsibilities across this function could include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and drive efficiencies
• Analyse data and identify areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to optimise operational performance
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively

What we need:

• Honourable discharge from military service
• Strong background in operations management, change management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Project Management abilities
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to motivate and influence others
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
