A leading Microsoft Partner is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for O365 & M365) to join their busy reactive support team.
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for O365 & M365) you need to have supported at 3rd Line the following:
- M365 - Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive etc...
- Defender for Endpoint - configured and supported
- Defender for O365 - configured and supported
- Previous MSP / Partner experience preferred.
This company is great to work for as a 3rd Line Support Engineer (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for O365 & M365): they have a strong history of developing their people, and will provide training and certifications in the full Defender suite, M365 and Azure. They also move people into more project-related roles so there is the chance to step out of support eventually. The role will require you into the office 1-2 times per quarter (more if you would like).
