Microwave Field Operations Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated Field Operations Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing highly sophisticated telecommunication equipment. In this role, you'll actively support from the field, test, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical, IP-based equipment on towers, rooftop-based sites, and microwave infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

You will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations and maintenance of our telecommunications infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Climbing Towers / Rooftops installing Microwave antennas, performing microwave path allignments and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring site tasks, including planning & maintenance calls, are performed efficiently while adhering to safe working practices and quality procedures.
• Managing the production of site test data and handover information, ensuring smooth transitions and documentation.

Skills/Must-Haves:

• Must have EU Passport or be eligible due to EU Travel
• Proficiency in microwave antenna & equipment installation, path alignment, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal network performance.
• Previous Tower Certification (Authorized Climber/Rescuer), demonstrating a commitment to safety and best practices in tower operations.
• Experience with AC and DC power systems, including wiring of cables and breaker installation, to maintain reliable power supply across our infrastructure.
