We are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor, working on public and private sector projects in Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate to join and strengthen the team. This is a Sunday Times Top 100 Employer. A global company with a strong UK presence specialising in offering project management and consultancy services to the construction industry.
They are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Nuclear and Retail clients and projects. Surveyors work in close contact with the client, advising them on legal and financial matters that arise during the project.Key Responsibilities

Person Specification The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- CDM / Health & Safety exposure
- Project based experience
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
- Excellent specification writing skills
- Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
- Able to build long-term relationships
- Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
- A team player, outgoing, flexible and motivated
Salary:
Professional: £40-£60k (Inclusive of package)Senior Professional: £50-£70k (Inclusive of package)
