Duration: Full-time (could also be part-time)
We are looking for a mid-weight copywriter to join our central marketing function. The successful candidate will mainly be writing case studies about our great projects and supporting the creation of other internal marketing copy.
A secondary part of your role will be to support with copywriting and proof reading for internal and external marketing materials and communication pieces.
Your main points of contact will be our collaborative and supportive central marketing department which is made up of communications professionals, creative designers and business development teams.
- An ability to structure and tell stories in a concise, coherent, and engaging way
- Excellent command of the English language, particularly spelling and grammar
- A pedantic eye for detail: consistency of style, punctuation and format, using our in-house style guide
- Experience of translating technical or corporate language into flowing and readily understood English
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks sensibly
- A healthy dislike of jargon, buzzwords and overused phrases
- Experience within the built environment is preferable
