The Governing Body wish to appoint an enthusiastic Breakfast Club and Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Llanfair Primary School. This role involves supervising and caring for children over the lunchtime period and in the breakfast provision.
About the Role
Pay Details: Midday Supervisor - Grade 2 SCP 3 Breakfast Club Supervisor Grade 1 SCP 2
Days / Hours per Week: Monday to Friday –10 hours a week (8 am –9am and 12-1pm)
Permanent / Temporary: Permanent
Main Place of Work: Llanfair Primary School

Description:
Breakfast Club supervisor
• Provide quality care and supervision to pupils attending breakfast club.
• Prepare tables/benches for pupils attending breakfast club.
• Set up and participate in a wide range of stimulating activities both indoors and outdoors, appropriate to the ages and needs of the pupils while in breakfast club.
• Prepare breakfast and a drink for pupils
• Ensure pupils have breakfast and a drink.
• Clean up after breakfast club has finished.
• Wipe down benches/ tables.
Mid day Supervisor
• To supervise pupils in designated areas of the school during the midday break and to ensure their safety, welfare and general conduct through appropriate application of the school's policies and procedures.
• To establish safe and appropriate behaviour by effective intervention or referral to senior staff.
• To maintain good order in dining areas.
• To assist pupils, where necessary, with the collection of food and return of trays, or other items to the service counter.
• To assist pupils, where necessary, with the proper use of cutlery, drinking facilities or other aspects of the midday meal.
• To assist in the clearance of any spillages and wiping down, clearing or resetting of tables, as appropriate.
