Vines of Guildford is looking for a MINI Sales Executive.
Your role

At MINI, we don't just sell cars - we sell an experience. As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of MINI, guiding customers through their journey of finding the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle. From the iconic MINI Cooper to the spacious MINI Countryman, you'll have a diverse range of products to showcase and sell.
Hours: 42.5 hours across 5 working days Monday - Saturday period.
Salary: £25,000 OTE £45,000 and a company car
What you will be doing:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guide customers through the features and benefits of each MINI model.
- Conduct test drives to help customers experience the thrill of driving a MINI first-hand.
- Work closely with our admin team to ensure seamless and hassle-free transactions for our customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring that our dealership continues to thrive.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and MINI technology to provide customers the most accurate and valuable information.
Your profile
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for cars and a willingness to learn about the MINI brand and products.
- Drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
