Vacancy for Minibus Driver at Invictus Sixth Form

Grade 3 SCP 3-4 FTE £22,737 - £23,114 pay award pending
Actual Annual Salary £19,627 - £20,403 pay award pending
We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley and South Staffordshire, West Midlands.
Minibus Driver are an integral part of Invictus Sixth form. Our drivers work in a responsible and competent manner to support the movement of our students from six campuses throughout the day and often to school events/activities.
Minibus Drivers will be responsible for carrying out daily and weekly checks, and to carry out basic maintenance such as; visual inspections checks on tyres, lights, oil etc. before using the vehicles, ensuring that the vehicle is in a clean and roadworthy condition, before and after use.
You will need to be;
· To be physically fit
· To be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance
· Possess a flexible and adaptable approach to working patterns and job tasks
· Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties.
· Team player, personable, emotionally intelligent with a sense of humour
Qualifications and Experience.
Must hold a clean, D1 driving licence.
Previous experience of working in a school or education setting would be desirable but not essential.
