Your new role
This s a fantastic temporary job opportunity working to support a busy HR Department.The main purpose of the role will be to take notes in meetings including hearings and disciplinary meetings and to type up and circulate reports as required.
The successful applicant will have experience of note-taking in meetings, be able to take accurate notes and type up the reports quickly. A good knowledge of MS Office is required, and the successful applicant must be able to work to strict confidentiality codes as you will be privy to sensitive information. Duties of the post will include;
- Attending meetings to take notes in meetings
- Accurate take notes in meetings (no recordings of meetings allowed)
- Type up reports and circulate as appropriate
- Diary plan own travel to attend meetings
-Report meeting notes to the HR Department and complete any follow-up actions required
- A good strong understanding and working knowledge of MS Office is required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have access to a car to travel to meetings
The successful candidate will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to take quick, accurate minutes/notes in meetings
A good typing speed with a high level of accuracy
