The successful applicant will have experience of note-taking in meetings, be able to take accurate notes and type up the reports quickly. A good knowledge of MS Office is required, and the successful applicant must be able to work to strict confidentiality codes as you will be privy to sensitive information. Duties of the post will include;- Attending meetings to take notes in meetings- Accurate take notes in meetings (no recordings of meetings allowed)- Type up reports and circulate as appropriate- Diary plan own travel to attend meetings-Report meeting notes to the HR Department and complete any follow-up actions required- A good strong understanding and working knowledge of MS Office is requiredWhat you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have access to a car to travel to meetingsThe successful candidate will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to take quick, accurate minutes/notes in meetingsA good typing speed with a high level of accuracyWhat you'll get in returnTemporary for 4-6 weeksImmediate start ideally February / March 2024Can work from home to complete the admin aspect of the jobMonday to Friday 9am - 5pm 37 hours as week£24294 salary guide
