Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - South West

Are you a Commercial Gas Engineer working in the Service, Maintenance or Facilities sector and looking for a new role which will give you top earnings.

This Facilities Services company have recently picked up 2 new contracts covering the South West region and are looking to recruit a Commercial Gas / Boiler Engineer to cover the additional works. 

As Commercial Gas Engineer you will work on a mobile basis being paid door to door travel, the only deduction you will receive is a 30 min lunch break. 

Boiler / Heating Engineer

As Commercial Gas Engineer you should have all relevant Commercial Gas qualifications and have several years experience working on all type of boilers, gas fired water heaters, burners with AHU’s and radiant heaters.

You will also have a general all round knowledge of heating systems and all equipment that is found in a plantroom such as pumps, pressurisation sets, valves, fans etc

What is on offer - Pay rate of up to £22.00 per hour for a basic 40 hour week giving a basic salary of £45,760.00

Paid door to door will naturally give a minimum 30 mins each way travel, paid at single time which then increases basic annual earning to £51,480.00.

Overtime is paid after 9 hours has been worked each day at a rate of 1.5 Monday to Saturday and double time on a Sunday

You will be provided with a company van which is a Peugeot Expert or similar transit sized van

All specialist tools and equipment are provided plus I phone and I pad.

At present there is no requirement for out of hours cover but this will be required in the future and will be based upon 1 in 6 weeks once we have enough engineers.
