The tasks and projects open are at various stages of the project lifecycle including scoping and planning, detailed design and execution support.  All work is delivered as part of a multidisciplinary team.

We require a Designer who can deliver designs in accordance with the project requirements for numerous projects and various clients.  The tasks and projects cover a large area of site and the nature of the work is varied.

Typical deliverables include –:
•    Block Cable Diagram.
•    Electrical Schematics.
•    Single Line Diagrams.
•    Cable Routing Diagrams.
•    Cable Termination Diagrams
•    Cable Schedule.
•    Cable Cards.
•    Cubicle Internal and External General Arrangement Diagrams.
•    Equipment Layout Diagrams.
•    Outline Installation Method Statements.
•    Designer Risk Assessment.
•    Update of Redline Diagrams.

Requirements

The candidate must either possess or be working towards a HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

The candidate should have demonstrable previous experience in a similar role, should be abl to demonstrate the following competencies: -:

• Can produce, check, and provide technical EI&C deliverables to program and appropriate quality.
• Able to deliver to relevant standards, codes and regulations.
• Able to work collaboratively with other disciplines, stakeholders and the wider project team.
• Experience, ability and desire to support less experienced engineers, graduates and apprentices.
• Experience of developing CE&I schedules and estimates would be a bonus.
• Experience planning, monitoring and managing resource requirements would be beneficial.
• Can provide support to technical and project meetings as required.
