CBW has a new opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This is a mobile role covering commercial contracts in the Northumberland region. The ideal candidate will be familiar with commercial maintenance and have their 18th edition qualification. In return you will receive a 25 days holiday (plus bank) and a supportive work environment! Below are all of the details on this role.
Hours:
08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
Key responsibilities:
- Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs. This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified. You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
- Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients
- Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control panels
- PAT testing
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor
- Maintain and update log books
Person specification:
- Level 3 and 18th Edition qualified
- 2391 Testing & Inspection ideal but not essential
- Must be experienced in critical/building services engineering
- Some Mechanical knowledge would be preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work on own initiative
