We're looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor working throughout Kent.
You'll be working in occupied and void residential properties carrying out compliant repairs, maintenance and installation works.
What you need:
- City & Guilds / NVQ
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to be available on call out of hours 1 week in 4
- Previous experience in residential / social housing maintenance
- Skilled and competent in all aspects of residential carpentry work
- You'll be a dependable and hard-working team member who is confident in dealing with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
The role comes with a van and fuel card, and you'll receive your work via a PDA device. The company also gives you great employee benefits.
