We are looking for an experienced Multi trader/UPVC operative to work within our Reactive Maintenance Team in the South and South East London and surrounding areas.
The role will be dealing with all aspects of internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
Our Multi trade/Carpenters are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, Splice repairs, General Locksmith, bathroom Sub Floors, Bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits and Other general Maintenance repairs.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first-time service. Limiting follow on’s and increasing satisfaction.
Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
We are looking for someone with:
- Sound trade knowledge and experience
- Experience gained within a Maintenance, site and or Housing environment
- Excellent customer service
- Right first-time approach
- Good attitude to Health and Safety
- Wide range of Multi trade skills
