We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain full and safe operational functionality and presentation of all M&E services including a wide range of Plant, AHU s Pumps, Motors, Lighting, Pipework systems etc
- Checking, cleaning, servicing, maintenance, and record-keeping to be consistently carried out to the standards set by the Company in accordance with SFG20 and with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
- Maximise equipment safety reliability, availability, and presentation.
- Carry out repairs within the scope of training and competence.
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
- Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
- Being on call to provide the client with full out of hours cover.
- Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Understanding and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Mobile Engineer withing the Building Services / Facilities Management sector.
- Strong customer care focus.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive approach.
- Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.
Specific Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- You must have relevant experience and a recognised Mechanical qualification / apprenticeship
