Legal Secretary
We are currently seeking a motivated Legal Administrator/Secretary to join our esteemed probate department.

- Legal background in a Private Client department
- Prior experience as a Legal Secretary
- Proficient word processing and audio typing skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Capability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Handling calls and message-taking
- Diary management, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- File opening and maintenance of filing systems
- Photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Support with various ad hoc administrative tasks
- Proficiency in using case management software
- Punctuality

Location: Leyburn, North Yorkshire, with occasional work at the Richmond office.
Salary starting from £20,000, negotiable based on experience. Full-time applicants only. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
