This long-established, respected law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join its Private Client department in Harrogate. You will provide LEGAL SECRETARY support within Wills and Probate. Your duties will include:
- Case management (Proclaim)
- Preparing and archiving documentation
- Fee Earner diary management
- Client care, and handling client and third-party queries efficiently and politely via email, phone and face to face
- Drafting correspondence via audio typing / digital dictation
- Handling incoming emails, post, photocopying and other admin tasks as required
- Preparing Bills
- Assisting other assistants and managers as needed.
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary is essential, Private Client experience is advantageous. This role is not suitable for Law Graduates.
