This is a field based mobile position covering West Cumbria, £40,000 plus overtime and call-out allowance where applicable, company vehicle provided for business use and working hours are 07:30 to 16:30. There may be a certain degree of flexibility depending on individual circumstances.
Main Duties of this role include the provision of reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to all operational assets, supporting project requirements, assisting other trades whilst working towards multi-skilled status to cover electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines to include the carrying out of alterations and installation works as required.
The ideal candidate must have experience of working within commercial properties and must hold a full UK driver's license for this mobile role. The candidate must have an apprenticeship in an electrical discipline and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or maintenance. Qualifications and experience in electrical testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent), Portable appliance testing (C&G2377), and 18th Edition (C&G2382) are desirable.
