Pabulum is a well-established business specialising in catering. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Mobilisation and Standards Manager to join our dynamic growing team, reporting directly into the Director of Operations. This permanent position is ideally suited to someone with an operations background who wants to advance their career in a busy and supportive workplace.
As part of the Operations Team, you will work closely with other operations colleagues to lead the implementation of mobilisation plans, manage the capital expenditure budget and implement best practises and Standards for operational excellence. This fast-paced position offers an opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive team, committed to the delivery of outstanding results.

The responsibilities of this job include:
- Preparation and management of mobilisation plans
- Stakeholder management
- The review of contractual obligations
- Responsibility for the capital expenditure budget for new and existing business
- Creation of opening notices for new contracts wins
- Implementation of best practices and Standards for operational excellence
Successful candidates for this role require the following:
- Experience in the successful mobilisation of contracts
- Ability to produce progress reports, Gantt charts and financial spreadsheets
- Experience of managing set budgets, forecasting and business planning
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strong, effective and competent communication and presentation skills
- A genuine passion for people and building meaningful relationships.
- Results-driven with a tenacious attitude to deliver
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Authentic with a sense of integrity
Additional benefits include an outstanding and supportive company culture, hybrid working and a salary of £55,000-£60,000 per annum.
