Modern Apprentice Early Years (Nursery) Practitioner

This is an exciting role for anyone aged between 16-19 years of age who is wanting to work towards a childcare qualification, you can earn whilst you learn.

You will have opportunities to learn all aspects of early learning and childcare as well as gain an understanding of current guidance for working with children and young people, such as Child Development, Curriculum for Excellence, Realising the Ambition and the Value of Play.

You will work alongside qualified members of staff who will mentor you during your Modern Apprenticeship.

The importance of play indoors and outdoors

Teambuilding

At the end of the apprenticeship, you will be a fully qualified Early Year Practitioner.

What qualification or qualities are required?

Be an outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic person with the ability to have fun. Have a passion for outdoors and outdoor learning Be a team player Have a love for children and a passion for learning new skills

The position will be 40 hours per week over 5 days, we operate between the hours of 7.30am-6.00pm.
