The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team in London. This organised and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritising the needs of the team. This role focuses on Strategy, Analytics and Revenue Operations. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find potential for improvement and proactively find solutions to drive business growth or improve policies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive pan-European strategic initiatives (what) and the corresponding tactics (how) end-to-end, across strategy, revenue operations and data topics.
- Analyse internal data and benchmark against competitors to generate insights and identify opportunities. Recommend and implement actionable solutions to drive the business' growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. Influence and drive decision making with leadership and cross functional teams, including and not limited to Product, Data, CRM, Measurement, Marketing etc.
- Proven experience in top tier consulting or high growth company. Experience in analytics and / or fluency in another European language is a plus.
- Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision incl. strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries.
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions.
- Ability to drive stakeholders to decision and to also defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions.
