Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in project or program management, managing cross-functional stakeholder.
- Experience in product/category management or Strategic Operations (StratOps) in telecommunication, hardware OEM, or a related field to hardware.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Strategy and Operations or sales strategy teams at a hardware OEM or carrier.
- Ability to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyse market trends, customer insights, and engaged landscapes to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills at all levels, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a critical role in defining and driving strategic and operational projects to drive the sales business across EMEA region. You will help solve complex ecosystem, partner, and market issues. You will lead multiple strategic projects or initiatives at the same time, and provide clear, high-impact deliverables that influence leadership and help evolve the Strategy and organization. You will turn insights and recommendations into action by working closely with teams and with key cross-functional leaders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership in Devices and Services Business Organization (DSBO) to develop strategic perspectives on sales topics that drive key decisions and set the future direction of sales in the region.
- Support DSBO Leads and teams in effectively utilizing market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities and potential risks, providing clear guidance and recommendations to the team.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional category managers, sales teams, product leadership and regional sales operations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
