The Mortgage AdministratorRole
As the Mortgage Administrator for the brokerage, you will be responsible for the smooth progression of your mortgage case pipeline, ensuring all the necessary documents are received and completed within an efficient time frame. Every member of the team plays a key role in the success of the customer journey, the brokerage prides itself on having a friendly culture of teamwork and shared responsibility. Mortgage AdministratorKey responsibilities

• Liaise with Mortgage Advisors, Clients and Solicitors to ensure smooth case progression
• Accurately input and manage documents and information
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance
• Update Mortgage Advisors on case progress

The Mortgage Administrator Package

• Salary £23.5k to £26k
• £6k annual bonus paid quarterly
• Bonus based on protection conversion and trust pilot reviews
• Office Based

• Progression to Mortgage Advisor if desired

Mortgage Administrator desired skills and experience

• Experienced Mortgage Administrator (Desirable but not essential)
• Experience in Financial Service industry administration (Essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Good communication skills & polite telephone manner
• Great interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and be highly motivated and organised
