Remuneration:

• Basic Salary: GBP19,000 - GBP21,000
• Additional Benefits: Pension, DIS, 25 days holiday
• Bonus: OTE GBP23,000

Overview:

Bryn McMillan Consulting is on the lookout for a Mortgage Administrator to become an integral part of our clients esteemed mortgage administration team in Leeds. Join one of West Yorkshire's premier mortgage broker firms and receive comprehensive training in mortgage administration.

Main Duties:

• Collaborate effectively with the existing mortgage administration team, ensuring seamless administrative support.
• Scrutinize new business cases from mortgage brokers to guarantee compliance with FCA rules and regulations.
• Engage with both new and existing clients while liaising with mortgage lenders, surveyors, and retailers.
• Ensure meticulous documentation management, ensuring all materials are compliant, accurate, and properly filed.
• Proactively chase and obtain outstanding information to uphold impeccable customer service standards.

Key Skills:

• Preferably, prior experience in mortgage administration; however, administration professionals from diverse sectors are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Stellar verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
