SalaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team on a Part time basis.
We are looking for 3 full day per week for e.g Monday / Tuesday Wednesday or Wed, Thursday Friday.
As an Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Mortgages Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain and update company databases and records Prepare documents for advisor.
Draft basic suitability letters Liaise with 3rd parties such as Solicitors.
Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Experience: -
Previous experience in an Mortgage administrative role is preferred -
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively --
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
