Well look no further, I have a great opportunity to join my clients Mortgage department where you will be supporting the Financial Advisers processing mortgage and protections products.
You will already have a background and knowledge in mortgages and protection products and enjoy working in busy team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing new business new business applications and ensuring the advisor is supplied a fully compliant file for the administration team.
- Ensuring all compliance and regulatory responsibilities are adhered to.
- Submit mortgage and protection to providers online (via provider website).
- Chase providers on the progress of business in a timely and effective manner.
- Chase solicitors for exchange and completion dates.
- Update client’s information accurately on the back-office system.
- Chase medical practitioners and doctors for medical reports.
- Update the clients on the progress of their cases.
- Chase client authorities and insurance companies.
- Ensure all documents held are scanned onto the system.
- Issue documents to clients inclusive of suitability letters.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- A background within the mortgage/protection industry.
- Great communication and organisation skills.
- Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using inhouse CRM systems.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Willingness to undertake further training and qualifications.
