Form of workWe are currently working with a long established and highly reputable firm of Mortgage Advisers, who are looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join its growing team in West Sussex.
The business has been built through client retention and referral, and this role provides an opportunity to take over a significant number of clients from the two Directors. It is expected that you will receive 6-8 leads per week and that they will generally be residential, 'vanilla’ cases. Typical loan size is £350K - £400K, and you would be responsible for both Mortgage and Protection advice
Full administration support provided - including submission of applications to lenders/providers and recommendation report writing, then all the way through to completion by the fully experienced administration team.
The role will be full time office based in West Sussex during the initial training and induction period, and hybrid thereafter with 2 days at home and 3 in the office each week.
There is a training and development programme provided initially and ongoing.
The role is employed, with a basic salary of between £25K and £35K. OTE is expected to be £70K - £80K and commission is uncapped, so there is scope to exceed this.
To be considered, you must be fully CeMAP qualified and have at least 12 months experience in a Whole of Market Mortgage and Protection Advising role.
