Well look no further, I have a great opportunity to join my clients Mortgage department where you will be supporting the Financial Advisers processing mortgage and protections products. You will already have a background and knowledge in mortgages and protection products and enjoy working in busy team. Responsibilities: Processing new business new business applications and ensuring the advisor is supplied a fully compliant file for the administration team. Ensuring all compliance and regulatory responsibilities are adhered to. Submit mortgage and protection to providers online (via provider website). Chase providers on the progress of business in a timely and effective manner. Chase solicitors for exchange and completion dates. Update client's information accurately on the back-office system. Chase medical practitioners and doctors for medical reports. Update the clients on the progress of their cases. Chase client authorities and insurance companies. Ensure all documents held are scanned onto the system. Issue documents to clients inclusive of suitability letters. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply: A background within the mortgage/protection industry. Great communication and organisation skills. Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using inhouse CRM systems. Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise effectively. Strong administrative skills.
