My client, a fantastic, forward thinking mortgage brokerage are looking to hire a Mortgage Administrator to support their busy, award winning team. They are based in Essex.

They have a strong work ethic and are a close knit team who offer outstanding client service, they are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service.

Mortgage Administrator duties will include.

• Liaising with clients on a daily basis
• Act as the first point of contact for queries from clients, lenders and conveyancers.
• Progress mortgages throughout the underwriting process
• Compliance tasks
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system
• Liaising with solicitors
• General administrative duties

Are you the right fit?

• Experience of mortgage administration or financial services
• Personable with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisation and administration skills
• Attention to detail, methodical and thorough.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Can work quickly to tight deadlines.
