My client, a fantastic, forward thinking mortgage brokerage are looking to hire a Mortgage Administrator to support their busy, award winning team. They are based in Epping, Essex.
They have a strong work ethic and are a close knit team who offer outstanding client service, they are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service.
Mortgage Administrator duties will include.
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis
- Act as the first point of contact for queries from clients, lenders and conveyancers
- Progress mortgages throughout the underwriting process
- Compliance tasks
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system
- Liaising with solicitors
- General administrative duties
