As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be supporting their Mortgage & Protection Advisers with pre and post sale tasks. Therefore your duties will include:
- Qualifying new mortgage and protection queries
- Obtaining agreements in principles with lenders
- Packaging mortgage cases to lenders
- Following up and chasing lenders / providers, 3rdparties and clients to proactively progress cases
- General administration and accurately maintaining the CRM records
- Providing data and reports to help the team
Mortgage Administrator Requirements
- You should have 1+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Administrator
- Individuals holding or studying towards CeMAP (or equivalent) would be beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Mortgage Administrator Benefits
- Salary of circa £25,000 plus bonus of up to 7.5% of salary
- Hybrid working with 2 days in the office, 3 days home based
- 12 month fixed term contract with potential to become permanent, if possible
- Pension scheme whereby if you contribute up to 5% of your salary, the employer will match this and put in an extra 5%
