What you'll be doing?
oYou'll set up budgets and initiate the cost reporting process for specific approved Turnarounds
oYou'll provide support to TA cost estimate development
oManage and maintain accurate Turnaround Cost Reports, liaising with key site stakeholders as required to provide robust cost forecasts
oSupport the review and challenge of all Turnaround event costs
oEnsure correct and timely cost allocation and transfers with the Finance Team
oManage all activities that support financial management and expedient close out of Turnarounds
oYou'll support the CAPEX phasing process and actively manage the Value of Work Done (VOWD) across turnaround events.
oYou will work closely with a wide range of key site stakeholders to support reliable and predictable cost out-comes to a portfolio of site turnarounds
You will provide suitable Cost Engineering to support a portfolio of site Turnaround events throughout their complete lifecycle, from initial budget setting to financial closure.
What will you need?
-You'll have a high level of proficiency in SAP and Excel to complement a strong foundation of Cost Engineering competencies.
-the use of SAP for cost management and control within Maintenance and Turnarounds.
Desirable
Accreditation from a recognised professional institution is desirable (ACostE, AACE, RICS, etc).
