Salary CCP are delighted to have partnered with a financial services business in Manchester looking to take on 3x Mortgage Advisors.
Do you have a CeMAP-3 qualification?
Do you have experience advising 2nd charge lending?
This role requires a candidate who already has a CeMAP-3 qualification to handle inbound and outbound activity, offering mortgage advice to customers via telephone.
The salary starts at £33,000 with top performers earning an additional £1000 per month in the form of commission. This means that with OTE, you can realistically earn £45,000.
Based in Manchester city centre, this fully on-site role is easily commutable for anyone in Manchester or the surrounding areas.
This role requires someone who is able to sell, advise and deliver great service all in one. This a fast paced environment and suits candidates who can objection handle, have a credit file discussion, go through income expenditure and close a deal on the first call. If you are qualified and can back up your performance with great numbers, you are the right fit for this role and can progress far within the business.
